Shipping policy
All orders are processed to ship Monday through Friday. They are shipped via Canada Post.
Once you receive your tracking information, it can take up to 24 business hours for the tracking to update.
We strive to uphold the highest levels of quality customer service. It is our ultimate goal at Nu|Market to create life-long customers and we will do everything in our power to ensure that your experience with us is one that makes you want to shop with us again and again.
ORDER PROCESSING
Our standard processing time is one to two business days for all items that are in stock. Processing times are not calculated into the estimated delivery times. Depending on the amount of orders that we receive over the weekend will also possibly delay your processing time.
Orders are not processed on weekends or Canadian Holidays. Extra time maybe required for larger orders, international orders, orders requiring additional customer information, or out of stock items. If an item on your order is out of stock we will contact you within one business day to resolve the situation before shipping.
International orders
Any customers located outside of Canada MUST provide an accurate shipping address and PHONE NUMBER for customs purposes. If you do not provide this information at checkout your order will be delayed while we contact you for this information.
