Refund policy
Here at Nu|Market we take pride in making sure that each and every customer has a positive experience. Customers can order with confidence and peace-of-mind knowing that your money will never be wasted on a product that is sub-par. If you feel that the results of your supplements are insufficient, please contact us and we will make sure that the situation is remedied quickly and fairly.
Our process is simple. Within 30 days, if you don't like the product*, email us at sales@numarket.ca and we’ll work with you to get your return resolved quickly and effortlessly. Once the product is returned to our warehouse, we'll provide you with a full refund of the item if unopened, and with a store credit for up to 50% of the item's value if opened*. Items must be returned in original container. We also allow exchanges for items of equal or less value.
*Does not include Apparel, Liquids( i.e Energy Drinks) or Personal Hygiene Products all sales are final for these products, no returns/exchanges.
*All open product returns/refunds are handled on a case by case basis*
